Überprüfbare, **handlungsorientierte Ziele**

Ergebnisse drücken den Zustand am Ende eines Prozesses aus. Ziele können auch als «Soll-Zustand» bezeichnet werden. Das Soll steht für eine Vorgabe, welche es zu erreichen gilt. Am Schluss einer Therapie sieht man am Vergleich der Ergebnisse mit dem «Soll-Zustand», wie weit die Ziele erreicht worden sind.

Contexte: manuel pour ergothérapeutes, chapitre sur l'assurance de la qualité.

J'ai pensé à "centré sur l'action" ou "orienté vers l'action", dans une ancienne traduction, j'ai trouvé "axé sur les actions" et "axé sur la pratique", mais rien ne me convainc vraiment. Il doit bien y avoir un terme bien français pour ce concept (qu'on retrouve d'aileurs dans l'enseignement et la formation continue).
