J'ai trouvé passablement d'occurrences pour "Gelenkwärmer" sur Google, mais rien de très concluant pour le français... les Français auraient-ils moins froid aux articulations?

Plus sérieusement, voici le contexte:

J'ai pensé à "chauffe-articulations", "chauffe-genoux et coudes", (qui me rappellent le traditionnel chauffe-plat") protection/bande chauffante pour les articulations"... peut-être y a-t-il mieux?
