Une fois le cathéter introduit, l’introducteur pelable est séparé en 2 parties puis retiré, sans mobiliser le cathéter. (en fait, c'est la gaine qui est pelée, c'est à ca que sert le "Aufreiß-Streifen" du lien de Maria Tsang)
