J'ai une question à vous poser à propos d'une phrase extraite d'un dossier médical. Il s'agit d'un patient qui a subi un traitement conservateur d’une lésion post-traumatique des fibres sagittales sur l’articulation métacarpophalangienne gauche avec luxation ulnaire consécutive de l’extenseur commun des doigts (ECD III).
Je dois traduire la phrase suivante : "Die EDC-3 Sehne ist in allen Bewegungssegmenten suffizient geführt". Peut-on dire d'un tendon qu'il est "conduit" ? "Mené" ? "Guidé" ?
