Explanation:
Je ne comprends pas ici Sattel comme une pièce à part mais au sens de : matière pleine/massive qui subsiste au milieu après avoir percé les deux alésages.
Pour lui donner un nom, je suis embarrassée pour l'instant, mettons nervure faute de mieux.
