Propositions d'amendement en cours de... Explanation: ... en cours d'examen, d'étude, de procédure, etc. - cela dépend du contexte, je n'ai pas bien saisi à quoi fait référence le texte. En tout cas, je comprends ici le terme "offen" au sens de "qui n'a pas encore été traité/adopté, qui est en cours de traitement". |
