Il s'agit juste d'un "plat" assez courant, sans prétention (et un peu gras...). C'est bizarre qu'ils emploient le terme de "Bulette", Ratzinger est bien bavarois, non ? Et en Bavière, on dit "Fleischpflanzer" ;O)
