Dans le passage suivant relatif à du fitness du tronc :

Kein Hohlkreuz bei der Streckung!

Unterarmstütze:
Schultern, Gesäss und Fersen in einer Linie behalten.

Kein Hohlkreuz und kein Katzenbuckel!

Heben Sie das Becken mit kleiner Bewegung an.

Die Beine schwingen nicht mit!

A vrai dire, toute la dernière phrase ci-dessus me pose problème.

Passer en oscillant de la béquille à un seul bras au soutien du flanc ???

"Seitenstütze" est normalement une béquille de vélo. Je ne comprends donc pas ce que cela vient faire ici ?
