Explanation:
Non seulement, il faut avoir une bonne condition physique, mais avoir aussi le pas "assuré", "ferme". En mer on dit avoir le "pied marin". En montagne ce serait le "pied montagnard". Le pas assuré est ce que j'entends le plus souvent.
