"Zwischenebene" à mon avis se réfère aux différents niveaux (étages" dans une gare moderne). Il y a le niveau le plus bas, niveau rails, ensuite au-dessus un niveau intermédiaire avec accès aux métro ..... et év. un niveau supérieur avec des commerces et les guichets SNCF.
