να κοιμάμαι μαζί σου = an indirect way of saying \"having sex\": same in Greek as in German and English.

Here is the less ambiguous version:

Μου λείπεις... Θα ήθελα πολύ να κάνω έρωτα μαζί σου κάθε βράδυ.

Transliterated:

Mu \'lipis. Tha \'ithela po\'li na \'kano \'erota ma\'zi sou \'kathe \'vraTHi.

A more direct way of expressing the desire to do something would be \"θέλω\" = (I want, Ich mag gern) rather than \"θα ήθελα\" (= Ich wuerde gern...). Up to you.
