Bus/Financial - Insurance / συμβολαιο φωτοβολταϊκών | | German term or phrase: Einspeiseerlöse | Der Versicherungsnehmer ist verpflichtet, spätestens sechs Monate nach Ablauf der Versicherungsperiode
zu melden, welche Einspeiseerlöse er im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr erwirtschaftet
hat. Soweit eine Haftzeit von mehr als zwölf Monaten vereinbart ist, sind erwirtschaftete
Einspeiseerlöse der letzten beiden Geschäftsjahre zu melden. Wird die Versicherungssumme
überschritten, so ist der Beitrag für den Mehrbetrag der Versicherungssumme, maximal jedoch
bis zur Höhe der vereinbarten Nachhaftung nach zu entrichten. |
