Mein griechischer EU-Jurist sagt, dass es keine wörtliche Übersetzung gibt und man es umschreiben sollte. in etwa : diadikasia gia ton prosdiorismo tou ypsous aposimiosis apo efthini tou dimosiou (sorry für das greeklish) oder etwas Verwandtes (besonders in Hinsicht auf den letzten Teil).
