Βρήκα την εξής επεξήγηση που μου φάνηκε χρήσιμη:
"Mit “Kollektivunterschrift” oder Kollektivprokura ist gemeint, dass die Vertretungsmacht eines Einzelnen nicht ohne die vorgeschriebene Mitwirkung anderer zuerkannt wird. Beschränkt ein Unternehmen die Vertretungsmacht mittels einer Kollektivunterschrift zu zweien, bedeutet dies, dass nur zwei bestimmte Personen zusammen zeichnungsberechtigt sind."
