Ενισχυµένη Αµεση Οπτική Παρατήρηση. Η απλή
άµεση οπτική παρατήρηση µπορεί να ενισχυθεί στην κλινική
πράξη µε µεγεθυντικά γυαλιά (1.5Χ µέχρι και 4.5Χ). Τα
γυαλιά αυτά είναι στην πράξη φακοί µεγάλης ευκρίνειας και
µεγεθύνουν το είδωλο χωρίς µεγάλες απώλειες από την
απόσταση εργασίας 25-30 εκ. Γιαυτό είναι βαριά (πολλά
οπτικά στοιχεία) και ακριβά σε κόστος.
