Arról van szó, hogy egy szűrőt nem közvetlenül a berendezésre szerelik fel, hanem attól egy bizonyos távolságra.
Vagy ilyen hosszan írom, vagy van valakinek jobb ötlete.

Ebben a példában arról van szó, hogy az antennát a vevőkészüléktől elválasztva, attól különállóan is lehet szerelni, egy jobb vételi lehetőségekkel rendelkező helyre:
