Selbstverständlich werden einige Steuervergünstigungen abgebaut werden (Gegenfinanzierung für den Staat), von der Tendenz her wird jedoch die „Steuerfalle Deutschland“ für ausländische Anteilseigner einiges von ihrem Schrecken verlieren.

Ho visto che controfinanziamento è utilizzato solo in IT CH, e non è il mio caso. Avevo pensato a finanziamento indiretto. Può andare o sono completamente fuori strada?

Explanation:
Direi che la parola BILANCIAMENTO, da te scelta, sia la più appropriata. Nella mia esperienza e guardando alcuni testi in giro, ho notato che spesso viene usata la parola BILANCIAMENTO (termine generico, ma con accezione specifica - in questo caso), proprio relativamente a tasse e imposte (e a riduzioni) per chiarire la mancanza o la presenza di un bilanciamento nei rientri all'interno delle casse dell'erario. Il concetto di "finanziamento indiretto", invece, è più associato a partiti politici (in contrapposozione al finanziamento diretto) o a storni su tasse (e non su imposte). Il realtà questo termine è spesso utilizzato specificandone la dinamica - forse proprio perchè non costituisce un concetto, direi in questo caso e data la lingua di partenza del tuo testo - FESTGELEGT (da "festgelegte Ausdruck"). Spero di essere stata sufficientemente chiara e, magari, anche d'aiuto.
