Letteralmente: "den Ton angeben" = dare il tono - dominare
ma stare sul letterario non è la cosa migliore in questo caso, quindi io la renderei così...per star sul "pubblicitario", x creare una frase di "richiamo"...

Non so cosa stia succedendo...sta impazzendo il pc...non sono riuscita a concludere la frase che è partita la nota...volevo dire in fin dei conti:
"E' il nostro materiale CHE fa la differenza"
