"Ist im Rahmen eines Vertragsabschlusses das Recht zum Abruf einzelner Anzeigen eingeräumt, so ist der Auftrag innerhalb eines Jahres seit Erscheinen der ersten Anzeige abzuwickeln, sofern die erste Anzeige innerhalb der im Satz XX genannten Frist abgerufen und veröffentlicht wird".

Non riesco a capire cosa si intenda per "abrufen".. so che significa "richiamare" e che in ambito commerciale significa "ordine di consegna", ma in questo contesto? Anche una risposta Kudoz precedente ("dare corso/attuare") non mi convince...

zum Abrufe einzelner Anzeigen - già qui il termine assume la sua importanza
se... il diritto a riportare per iscritto/a citare singoli......
.... nella misura in cui/ purché venga riportato?citato? forse'anche sussiste (il tuo 'dar corso') e pubblicato il primo annuncio

insomma questi annunci? [che razza di annunci? boh] vanno prima citati/riportati (affine a 'richiamati' che naturalmente in IT significa tutt'altra cosa) e poi pubblicati - il tutto preceduto da una bella conl limitativa (sofern = purché, nella misura in cui)

forse esistono anche altri sinomini per 'richiamare' ma non mi vengono in mente

Ho messo "chiamare", in inglese si usa "call up".. praticamente si crea un blocco di annunci, quindi questi vengono chiamati uno alla volta per essere pubblicati.. forse anche "ordinare" potrebbe andare!
