E' un evento aziendale che unisce una parte lavorativa (riunione venditori) ed una ricreativa, per premiare la forza vendita e al tempo stesso creare spirito di squadra. Esempio: weekend o settimana tutto incluso in una bella località turistica, con uno o due giorni di riunione operativa e tempo libero a disposizione, a volte con tanto di consorti...
Incentive, non tradotto, è il tipo di iniziativa volta a premiare ed incentivare i dipendenti o collaboratori. Valuta se può essere questo il caso.
