Devo tradurre "Gardemangerfrigor". La frase è la seguente: "Im Tiefkühler sind die Hamburgerbrötli und im Gardemangerfrigor verschiedene Produkte nicht abgedeckt.Alle Lebens-mittel müssen jederzeit abgedeckt sein um vor äusseren Einflüssen oder Gefrierbrand zu schützen". Ricercando mi sembra di capire che il Gardemanger è il cuoco responsabile dei piatti freddi. Ma per quanto riguarda frigor ho trovato articoli riguardanti la famosa marca di cioccolato. Magari significa semplicemente frigorifero?

Si tratta di un testo in tedesco austriaco. Qualcuno di voi sa darmi un suggerimento?

La cella frigorifera è un locale di conservazione degli alimenti, ove viene mantenuta una temperatura stabile, non sempre sotto zero, infatti può variare dai 18 °C per la maturazione delle banane, essere a 5 gradi per i locali dove si producono alimenti che successivamente vengono surgelati ed arrivare fino a -28 °C per alimenti tipo pesce, verdure e gelati.

grand manger viene dal francese e si riferisce alla dispensa. Essendo qui abbinato a Frigor perso si riferisca, come supponi tu, al frigorigoro, anche perchè contrapposto al freezer.
