Hallo Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Es handelt sich um die Übersetzung eines Textes über den Apfelanbau in Südtirol. Dort werden die verschiedenen Apfelsorten beschrieben, so auch die Sorte Braeburn:
"Herkunft: Lady Hamilton, frei abgeblüht,
1952. Sehr fest, knackig, süßsäuerlich, saftig.
Vermarktung: Mitte Oktober - Ende Mai"
Wie könnte man "frei abgeblüht" in diesem Zusammenhang übersetzen? Bei einer Obstgenossenschaft , die ich kontaktiert habe, hat man mir "nato spontaneamente" vorgeschlagen. Was meint ihr dazu? Danke im voraus für Eure Hilfe!
