Fenster – mit Isolationsglas (Wärmedämmglas und Geräusche-Doppelverglasung), Markise und Mückengitter (Das Mückengitter öffnet sich von oben nach unten)
Darauf achten, dass unter den Fenster im Eingangsbereich und im Schlafzimmer unterhalb der Fenster die Mauer „verdünnert „ wird für die Möglichkeit eines Anschlusses für einen Heizkörper. Die Wand an dieser Stelle wird dünner, also bitte entsprechende Isolierung vorsehen
Vorgesehen ist eine Heizungsrohrinstallation mit ****Übergabestation***** für (Methan und Wasserboiler) – Architekt bitte darauf achten, dass in einer späteren Zukunft somit nur die Heizkörper angeschlossen werden müssen und ein Brenner installiert werden kann, der mit Metan versorgt wird.
