Ps: in contesti storico-artistici in genere non si usa "trompe-l'oeil" (che anche in tedesco si chiama così e più che una tecnica è un effetto), il termine ha un sapore "popolare".
In genere si parla di pittura illusionistica, illusionismo pittorico, ecc. |

Si potrebbe dire per tutta l'espressione da te segnalata: "elementi realizzati con la tecnica del trompe-l'oeil" o qualcosa di simile
