non mi pare che riguardi la tenuta di strada, bensì il look: da ferma l'auto appare più imponente, "massiccia", appunto (gergo tuning)

Ho già tradotto questa espressione e generalmente si riferisce all'aderenza sul manto stradale. Effettivamente si tratta di un'espressione un po' idiomatica per cui cercando satt non si trova molto.
