Se "cella di diamante" è attestata, non è possibile dire purtroppo lo stesso per "microcella". Sono portata a presumere che possa invece trattarsi di "cella di diamante in compressione". Mi riservo tuttavia di verificare ulteriormente in un secondo tempo. Intanto guarda anche tu qui:
