Hallo Gabriele, bitte betrachte es nur als Imput , Mikrobiologie gehört nicht zu meinen Stärken - OD steht normal für Optische Dichte, ( valori di densità ottica (OD)) Ob es in deinem Fall auch zutrifft? Nach meinen Recherchen könnte es passen, trotzdem bitte conf.leve beachten! Ciao, Paola

Ich kopiere dir hier ein paar Beispiele, damit du siehst, warum ich die Antwort vorgeschlagen habe - "MIC values for H. pylori isolates were determined by two-fold agar dilution. ... suspended in saline at an optical density (OD625) between 0.38 and 0.4. ... " oder: "Und zwar hat man zunächst die optische Dichte (OD) einer Bakterienkultur gemessen..nach einer Stunde lag diese bei 0168.." Weiter: " Die optische Dichte (O. D. 650 nm) der flüssigen Kultur muß größer als 0,1 vor der ..." Auf Italienisch: "la crescita di una coltura batterica viene seguita mediante misurazioni di densità ottica, ottenendo i seguenti valori: ...
