Per garantire la qualità dei prodotti, la merce ogni tanto deve essere sostituita da prodotti più freschi/ nuovi. Il "partner" sarebbe la ditta che si occupa di questo.

Produktaustausch (Wälzung)
(1) Verpflichtet sich der Lagerhalter bei gesonderter Lagerung, die eingelagerten Produkte auf Anforderung durch den EBV aus Qualitätsgründen (Frischhaltung, Qualitätsänderungen) im Rahmen seines üblichen Geschäftes selbst oder durch Inanspruchnahme eines **Wälzpartners** auszutauschen (wälzen), wird hierüber eine gesonderte Wälzungsvereinbarung abgeschlossen, die Bestandteil des jeweiligen Einzellagervertrages wird.
