wie würdet ihr Klebrigkeit (als Substantiv) übersetzen? Es geht um Obst und gemüse, und in meiner Satzkonstruktion bräuchte ich ein Substantiv, daher geht appiccicoso nicht (und appiccicosità als Substantiv hab ich in meinen einsprachigen Wörterbüchern nicht gefunden) bin ich nicht so wirklich überzeugt

Il secondo termine è molto utilizzato per la pasta ma non ho trovato riscontri per frutta e verdura.
Consistenza vischiosa potrebbe risolvere il problema ma vedi se nel contesto va bene.
