Specificazione: il soggetto "Sie" è riferito a "Technische Geschäftsführung" (Direzione tecnica).

Ho un atroce dubbio sul senso di unter: non capisco se qui voglia dire "sotto" o "con". Mi spiego:
"La Direzione tecnica firma sotto la sigla dell'associazione seguita da "Direzione Tecnica" "
oppure
"La Direzione tecnica si firma con l'abbreviazione dell'associazione seguita da "Direzione Tecnica" ".
Il mio dubbio nasce dal fatto che non si tratta di una persona che appone la propria firma sotto al nome della società, ma di un organo che potrebbe anche semplicemente firmarsi "La Direzione tecnica".
