secondo la terminologia svizzera "vorbelegen" significa, in questo, campo, inizializzare/impostare come defualt

non c'entra niente "in anticipo"

Man erstellt einfach eine DEFAULT Tabelle in der ein Datumsfeld VORGABEDATUM ist.
Bei der Vorgabe für dein Datumsfeld in der "Warenbewegungsdatei" belegtst Du das Feld einfach mit DEFAULT.VORGABEDATUM
Jetzt mußt Du nur einmal dieses Vorgabedatum in der DEFAULT ändern; und ab geht's.
Man sollte halt nur darauf achten
lediglich einen Datensatz in der DEFAULT zu erzeugen.

"in anticipo" è implicito :-))) Fa parte del verbo "pre notare", no? Così è anche più conciso e quindi più adatto ad un software.
