Ho l'impressione che qui manchi innanzi tutto un verbo per "Das Gewerk" (es. einschließen o.ä). Poi non capisco quel "für die": "si devono rispettare le disposizioni per quelle prestazioni eseguite da propri dipendenti"?
Non vi pare? O sono io che non ci vedo più dalla stanchezza?

Das Gewerk Baumeisterarbeiten muß alle Leistungen,
die aus gesetzlichen Vorschriften wie z.B. Arbeitnehmerschutzverordnung resultieren, **für die** eigenen Mitarbeiter auf jeden Fall erbringen und die Kosten hiefür sind in die Baustellengemeinkosten einzurechnen.
