sto traducendo dei testi sugli impianti di cottura di marmellate e mi sono imbattuta nel presente termine, che dovrebbe indicare le file di prodotti che attendono di entrare nel forno.
Qualche idea su come tradurlo?
Io pensavo a corsie di cottura, anche se in italiano non riesco a trovare nulla.
