Consultando il link suggerito è possibile verificare che è qualcosa di simile ma NON uguale alla fecola... "Sono fibre estratte dalla patata durante la lavorazione della fecola nativa, avendo ancora alcuni granuli d’amido hanno anche un effetto legante simile alla fecola con in più l’arricchimento in fibra dell’alimento." Più avanti, nello stesso sito, si specifica che spesso sull'etichetta si cita solo il termine "fibra". Buon lavoro!!
