dolce tipico della Carinzia. Per forma ed ingredienti anch’esso è simile alla gubana: si tratta di una focaccia di pasta lievitata ben lavorata e riempita di cannella, zucchero e uva sultanina che si serve spesso insieme alla “Saure Suppe” (minestra acida), una specialità carinziana tipica delle numerose feste patronali e folkloristiche estive.
