Dolci/torte con base di pasta frolla: goldbraun gebacken (espressione sempre isolata). In questo caso la traduzione risulta molto lunga: cotto/a al forno fino ad assumere un colore bruno dorato.

anche la pasta frolla o il bordo della torta possono essere essere ben cotti. dire solo che deve essere cotta al forno mi sembra riduttivo. se si tratta di fondi per torte precotti, direi: terminare la cottura al forno finché la pasta/il bordo risulti ben cotta/o.
