Lo interpreto in questo senso: dovendo determinare il prezzo di un certo articolo, ad esempio per poi decidere uno sconto, una campagna promozionale ecc., si può agire raggruppando insieme i prodotti che sono sullo stesso livello di prezzo, per calcolare ad esempio il risultato di un certo sconto ecc.
