se il testo non è destinato al Ticino bensì all'Italia, questo è il termine del fiscalese doc...

certo, senza molto contesto non è facile - se il contesto non lo consentisse, mettere un più generico trasparenza (fiscale)

leggo solo ora che si tratta di una convenzione tra CH e D - allora sicuramente RAVVEDIMENTO - è il termine tecnico per questa Selbstanzeige - proprio come da noi in Italia chissà se i tedeschi non fanno cassa, nel caso del ravvedimento, come facicamo noialtri!!!) .

L'ho incontrato varie volte in testi fiscali
