German to Italian translations [PRO]

Die Tätigkeit beinhaltet alle Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation der Kurse.
Dabei sind der Arbeitsvertrag und die Aufgabenbeschreibung für InstruktorInnen mitgeltende Unterlagen.
Premessa fondamentale: tutto il testo che sto traducendo è redatto male. Nella prima frase si citano i compiti dei responsabili dei corsi, nella seconda si parla di coloro che tengono i corsi e, questo lo so, non corrispondono ai responsabili ai corsi. Quindi quel "Dabei" che lega la prima e la seconda frase mi sembra fuori luogo. Ad ogni modo, secondo voi come devo interpretare la seconda frase?
Il contratto di lavoro e il mansionario per i formatori sono documenti di riferimento.

Nella documentazione per i formatori sono compresi il contratto di lavoro e il mansionario.

non dico che tiro ad indovinare- ma poco ci manca. Eppure, io avrei scritto così. Vengono tenuti in considerazione, hanno il loro peso nella valutazione... forse la 2° ipotesi mi piace di più
