Il significato è chiaro: anche se l'interruttore generale viene spento, la tensione rimane nell'apparecchio. Ma qual è il termine giusto in questo caso? Tensione esterna? Tensione parassita? Tensione indotta?

neutral  langnet: Vollkommen OK, nur die Anmerkung: "Spannung" bedeutet auf D häufig "alimentazione", so auch in diesem Fall.
