Non ne sono sicura al cento per cento e preferirei che altri colleghi confermassero, ma ho l'impressione che sia un modo alternativo per dire "centrale solare fotovoltaica".
In inglese, il termine "solar farm" è ampiamente utilizzato per indicare un impianto solare di grandi dimensioni. Dunque "Solarfarmkraftwerk" sarebbe una centrale basata su impianti solari (fotovoltaici, evidentemente, perché stiamo parlando di produzione di energia elettrica, come indicato dal termine Kraftwerk). In parole povere, a meno che il tuo contesto mi smentisca palesemente, ho l'impressione che "Solarfarmkraftwerk" sia usato come sinonimo, appunto, di "Solarkraftwerk".
