German to Italian translations [PRO]

während der ersten Betriebsstunden sorgfältig zu überwachen. Durch den hohen spezifischen
Anpressdruck der Quetschmesser auf der glasharten Schneidwalze tritt an der Messerschneide
eine Gefügeverdichtung auf, wodurch anstelle der abgerundeten Schneide eine Fläche
auftritt. Diese Fläche muss von Hand durch Abhalten mit einem feinen Ölstein (Körnung 44
fein) entfernt werden. Hier muss je nach eingesetzter Messerspezifikation ein Schneidenradius
zwischen 0,05 und 0,3 mm eingehalten werden. Anschließend muss die Schneide mit Läppschmirgel
(Korn 400 oder 600) poliert werden.
