"Nach § 8 Abs.1 und Abs.2 der Verordnung über die Vermeidung und Verwertung von Verpackungsabfällen (Verpackungsverordnung-VerpackV) sind Vertreiber, die Ge-tränke in Einweggetränkeverpackungen mit einem Füllvolumen von 0,1 l bis 3 l in Verkehr bringen, verpflichtet, von ihrem Abnehmer ein Pfand in Höhe von mindes-tens 0,25 € einschließlich Umsatzsteuer (Einwegpfand) zu erheben." ausital: 3:00pm Apr 21, 2006: sarebbe da capire cos'è di preciso: Einweggetränkeverpackung - secondo me non è un vuoto a perdere - il vuoto a perde nel senso italiano si butta via - in tedesco invece potrebbe essere un vuoto che si usa solo una volta, ma che comunque può esere res -

Heike Steffens: 3:05pm Apr 21, 2006: Si tratta - grosso modo - del sistema "Der Grüne Punkt", vale a dire che ogni consumatore che compra un qualsiasi articolo imballato (p. es. anche in cartone), con il lprezzo d'acquisto paga una determinata tassa sull'imballaggio - che anche noi buttiamo via, anche se bisogna considerare l'obbligo di separazione dei rifiuti ... Sono un po' confusa ora: si dice "cauzione" o "pegno" per "Pfand" - o tutte e due?? Grazie mille a tutti del prezioso aiuto!!
