La frase è questa:
"Die eingesetzten Fahrzeuge mussen in der mit der Notifizierung eingereichten Transportmittelliste genannt sein (amtl. Kennzeichen).

Traduzione:

I mezzi di trasporto impiegati devono essere indicati nella lista dei mezzi di trasporto consegnata unitamente alla notifica (contrassegno ufficiale???).

In alternativa a contrassegno ufficiale può andare:
"autorizzazione ufficiale al trasporto"???
