Mia traduzione mooolto provvisoria (perché, per dirla tutta, mi è oscuro anche l'uso della preposizione *AUF* nella succitata frase - se qualcuno volesse illuminarmi, ben venga!):

La prestazione relativa al credito del fornitore attraverso un’impresa per la quale XXX funge da acquirente costituisce una *Erfüllungsleistung*.
