Direkt nach dem Auspressen werden diese Trauben über 3 Wochen eingemaischt. In zwei Brennvorgängen wird der Alkoholgehalt des Brandes dann auf 70% gesteigert und anschließend der gewünschte Alkoholgehalt mit Wasser eingestellt. Zur Aromaabrundung wird der Feinbrand danach einige Monate eingelagert.

ELISA GIUSTI: concordo. Sul "IATE" trovi anche "acquavite", che poi è un sinonimo di distillato. Attenzione che in Italia, il distillato=acquavite ottenuto dalle vinacce è generalmente noto con il nome di "grappa". Ma nel tuo testo si parla di "Trauben" e non "Tresten"
