l'ho trovato in un forum:
„Konfitieren“ bedeutet, etwas in Öl zu kochen, bzw. zu garen. Der Unterschied zum Frittieren liegt darin, dass die Temperatur viel niedriger und die Zubereitung somit schonender ist (dauert dann aber auch dementsprechend länger).
