Ferramenta scorrevole in parallelo a ribalta è in tedesco Parallelschiebe-Kippbeschläge, sono finestre con ante ribaltabili (si apre solo la parte superiore, sono tipicamente tedesche...almeno in tutte le case che ho cambiato in Germania c'erano queste finestre, in Italia mi sembrano meno usate).

Explanation:
Ho difficoltà a capire il contesto, anche perché queste "ferramenta scorrevoli in parallelo a ribalta" mi suonano molto strane. Mi viene però da pensare a quel tipo di apertura, di cui sono dotati molti battenti, che prevede di premere in un punto per sbloccare, per poi aprire il battente. Pensi he possa adattarsi al tuo contesto?
