Zeitbrand/ Dauerbrand: Eigenschaft einer Feuerstätte, eine bestimmte Mindestdauer ohne zwischenzeitliche Brennstoffaufgabe und ohne Eingriff in den Verbrennungsablauf so weiter zu brennen, dass am Schluss mindestens Grundglut vorhanden ist.

Dato che Zeitbrand e Dauerbrand sono sinonimi so che Dauerbrand nei forni è il "fuoco continuo"

Heike, hai ragione mi ha fuorviato la "/" tra i due sostantivi. Ho cercato ancora. Credo che sia "stufa ad accumulo"
