Explanation:
il "wäre" come condizionale mi suggerirebbe che la traduzione servirebbe per uso personale, per appunto una versione redatta per facilitare la comprensione del committente.
questo "Wäre gesorgt" lo interpreterei con "sarebb necessaria" /"sarebbe richiesta"....non è alla lettera, ma rende il senso.
Secondo me quindi la sta richiedendo, se non sto pigliando granchi!
